The Masterbuilt 36-inch Charcoal Grill and Smoker is designed for versatile outdoor cooking, combining a large cooking area with adjustable heat control for grilling and low-and-slow smoking. The adjustable charcoal tray allows you to control the distance from the heat source, while the charcoal dividers create three separate heat zones for greater cooking flexibility.
A front-access fuel door allows charcoal to be added during cooking without unnecessarily disturbing the heat and smoke. Porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates help retain heat and deliver excellent searing, while the chrome-coated warming rack keeps cooked food warm.
Two fixed wheels and two casters make the BBQ easier to move, while the folding side shelves provide additional preparation space and include useful storage features such as tool hooks, a towel bar and condiment basket. A slide-out ash drawer also makes cleaning up after cooking easier.
