Return and Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer free returns within 28 days of delivery for all our UK customers. Please review the details below to understand our returns, refunds, and cancellation process.

Right to Cancel (United Kingdom Law Compliance)

Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 28 days of receiving their goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within this period by contacting us at sales@favros.co.uk.

Once you have informed us of your cancellation, you have 28 days to return the goods. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost, within 5 days.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Custom-made or personalized items
Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Digital downloads or software products once accessed or downloaded

Return Options

We provide two convenient, complimentary return methods:

Prepaid Shipping Label Print the provided shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier location.
Courier Pickup Schedule a courier to collect the package directly from your location at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Instructions

Important Notes:

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@favros.co.uk..

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
