The Cuisinart PrecisionSlice™ Upright Mandoline combines convenience, versatility and precision in an innovative upright design that helps keep your hands safely away from the blades. Featuring Cuisinart’s exclusive food processor blade technology, it makes it easy to create evenly sliced fruits and vegetables, as well as thin or thick julienne strips and diced ingredients.
Choose from different cutting options using the adjustable sliders, then turn the control knob to select from 40 thickness settings ranging from 1 mm to 8 mm. The extra-wide feed tube accommodates larger pieces of food, helping to reduce the need for trimming, while the angled, gravity-fed design provides smooth and effortless slicing.
When not in use, the mandoline folds down into a compact size for convenient storage. It also includes a custom attachable collection container and cleaning brush, providing everything you need for easy preparation and cleanup.
